Shipping policy

USA:

In the USA, we ship from multiple warehouses. Typically orders ship within 2 business days or less, and typically arrive at your door within 2 – 4 business days. During certain times of the year due to increased order volume orders can take up to 5 – 6 business days to arrive.

Canada:

In Canada we ship from multiple warehouses, and due to the country’s size, shipping can take a few days longer between 3 – 5 business days on average. During certain times of the year due to increased order volume orders can take up to 6 – 7 business days to arrive.

Wholesale Orders:

Orders over 10 units are considered wholesale orders, and if any orders with 10 units or more are returned for any reason, they are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless waived by Nummy Creations in its own discretion.

Tracking Your Order:

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping.

As soon as we get confirmed tracking number information it is entered into our system, you will be updated with an email containing all key shipping information so that you can easily track your order as needed.
