I absolutely love the bold delicious flavour of Nummy. Corey & Akiko have created an incredible healthy coffee substitute, that honestly, even if your not a coffee lover you’ll love the taste. What's in Nummy?

Dandelion root

Dandelions are one of the most misunderstood and hated plants for ruining the "perfect lawn". Did you know those ugly yellow weeds are chock full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that help the body function and heal? It's also full of inulin- a soluble fiber that supports the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut - which means lower blood sugar levels and better poops. Woohoo!

Chicory root

This blue flowered plant is dandelion's hot cousin. Chicory root has a similar taste and color to coffee, but without the caffeine or negative health effects. Just like dandelion, it's also a good source of inulin fiber, which we know supports a healthy gut flora. High five to the dandelion family!

Barley malt extract

Malt extract is making a comeback. This trending food contains protein, fiber, potassium, folate, iron, and B vitamins, which have been shown to lower cholesterol and decrease the risk of heart disease.
