nummy pumpkin spice latte (caffeine-free, dairy-free)
You don't have to wait for the leaves to fall... now you can enjoy pumpkin spice lattes anytime of year! This easy to make caffeine-free latte has the perfect balance of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, all-spice and ginger, and will satisfy your PSL craving again and again.

2 ounces bold num-spresso (1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice nummy mixed with 2 ounces hot water)
4 ounces (1/2 cup) fresh whole milk or oat milk
garnish: Whipped cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg, oh my!
Make the bold num-spresso: Boil 2 ounces of water and mix with 1 tbsp of pumpkin spice nummy. Stir until combined.
Steam the milk: you can use an espresso machine, a frother, french press or whisk. Use 1/2 cup milk for this process. Discard the leftovers or make 2 drinks!
Serve: swirl the milk a few times. Pour milk and foam into center of the num-spresso. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg for an extra kick of pumpkin spice flavor!
