Dandelion root
Dandelions are one of the most misunderstood and hated plants for ruining the "perfect lawn". Did you know those ugly yellow weeds are chock full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that help the body function and heal? It's also full of inulin- a soluble fiber that supports the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut - which means lower blood sugar levels and better poops. Woohoo!
Chicory root
