Each 150g bag makes up to 75 cups. Our 300g bag gives you up to 150 cups. That's a whole lot of cozy mornings in one bag.
At 1–2 cups a day, a single 150g bag lasts most people about 5–6 weeks.
Super easy. Add 1–2 teaspoons to hot water and stir, brew it like a French press or pour-over, or use an espresso machine. You can enjoy it hot or iced, it works beautifully both ways.

Almost all of them! Subscribe & Save is available on individual flavour bags (150g and 300g) and all types of bundles. Please note that Starter Kits are not eligible for subscription.
PRICING & DISCOUNTS
Your first subscription order is 20% off the regular price. From your second order onward, you automatically save 10%, forever, as long as you're subscribed. No codes needed, ever.

Zero. No sign-up fees, no subscription fees, no cancellation penalties (as long as you've completed your minimum 2 orders). You only ever pay for your product + applicable shipping.
Billing & Renewals
You're charged immediately on your first order. After that, your card is automatically charged on each renewal date, every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days depending on your chosen frequency.
You'll receive a reminder email a few days before each charge so you have time to make changes, skip, or pause.
Yes, always. You'll receive an email reminder a few days before every renewal. It will show exactly what's being charged and shipped. Use that window to make any changes before the order is processed.
If the order hasn't been processed yet, you can still log in and skip or postpone it. If it's already been processed and shipped, we're unable to cancel it at that stage, but you can skip your next one easily.
We'll send you an email right away so you can update your payment details. Your order will be held and automatically retried. To avoid interruptions, keep your payment info current in your account settings.
Managing Your Subscription
Super easy. Log into your account at nummycreations.com/account and from your subscription dashboard you can:

📅 Change date, push your next order to a later date
📦 Change frequency, switch between 30, 45, 60, or 90 days
Absolutely, we've got you. Customers must email support@nummycreations.com with their request.
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the next renewal.
Both can be updated anytime in your account settings at nummycreations.com/account. Just make sure to update before your next renewal dates o the change takes effect in time
Cancellation & Minimum Order Policy
Yes, our subscription requires a minimum of 2 orders. This allows us to offer the upfront 20% discount on your first order.
Log into your account, go to your active subscription, and select "Cancel subscription". It takes less than a minute. You can also email us at support@nummycreations.com and we'll handle it for you.
Remember: cancellation is penalty-free only after your 2nd order is complete.
We always recommend pausing over cancelling, it's truly the best of both worlds. You keep your discount, your settings stay saved, and you can resume whenever you're ready. No fees, no penalties, no fuss.

Shipping
Fast, reliable, and on its way to your door.
Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders above our minimum threshold, check our website for the current free shipping amount in your region.
Subscription orders follow the same shipping rates as one-time orders.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with a link to follow your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at nummycreations.com/account.
No. We recommend using a physical street address to avoid delivery issues. Please contact support@nummycreations.com if you have specific questions about your address.
We currently ship within our available delivery regions. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, the checkout page will confirm available options. For specific regional questions, email us at support@nummycreations.com.
Issues & Changes
First, check your tracking link for the latest carrier update. If your order is significantly overdue or tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out to us at support@nummycreations.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.
We're sorry if that happens, it's rare, but we'll fix it immediately. Email support@nummycreations.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@nummycreations.com right away and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it, but we can help with your next one.
For subscriptions, update your address in your account settings before your next renewal.
Most carriers will leave the package in a safe location. If it can't be delivered, they'll leave a notice with instructions for pickup or re-delivery. Check your tracking email for carrier-specific details.
