Vegan Pumpkin Spice "Coffee" Ice Cream! Seriously, this stuff is unbelievable. It's so easy to make and never lasts more than 5 minutes in my house! This recipe will make you love pumpkin spice even more than you already do (who knew that was possible!) It tastes like pumpkin pie in a delicious scoopable ice cream, but made with healthier ingredients than regular ice cream.
