Make the numspresso: Add 1 tbsp original nummy to 2 ounces cold water. Stir to combine.
Add ice, almond baileys, vanilla vodka and numspresso in a blender. Blend on low for approx. 30 seconds, until well blended but with a thick consistency.
Pour in one large glass or two smaller glasses, top with dairy free whipped cream and chocolate shavings (optional)
