Directions
For the Salted Caramel Cream:
Add Cashew milk, vegan whipping cream, 1 tsp caramel sauce (or more, to taste) and a pinch of salt to a milk frother or bowl. Froth on cold setting, or use a hand mixer and froth until it thickens.
For Cold Brew:
In a glass, combine Caramel Nummy Instant Powder, water, remaining 1 tsp of caramel sauce (or more, to taste) and pinch of salt and stir to combine.
Pour cold brew over ice
Top with Salted Caramel Cream
Drizzle with more caramel sauce (totally optional)

Recipe Note
FOR A COMPLETELY SUGAR FREE OPTION, you can substitute the caramel sauce with 1tsp of caramel extract in the cream, and remove the caramel sauce from the cold brew and drizzle topping. It will lend a soft caramel flavor without the sugar!
